Bikram Yoga has come
to the Northwest Suburbs

We are proud to be the only Bikram Yoga studio in the northwest suburbs affiliated with the internationally renowned guru Bikram Choudhury. Our state of the art 5,000 sq ft studio, Bikram Yoga Rolling Meadows, is now open in the Platinum Office Park at 2240 Hicks Rd., Suite 313, Rolling Meadows, IL 60008.

This beginner’s series of 26 postures is ideal for all ability levels. The original hot yoga will strengthen your body, improve your mind and refresh your spirit. Practiced in a room heated to 105f , it is not only the most amazing workout you’ll ever have, but also provides a sense of health and well-being you’ll find nowhere else.
